The Developmental Reading Assessment (DRA) is a quick, accurate, research-based assessment that helps you target instruction for student success. The DRA will help you save time on reporting and gain time for instruction.
focusMATH is an intensive, K–6 math intervention program designed to fit any Response to Intervention (RtI) framework and work with any math program. focusMATH identifies at-risk students early and accelerates their learning with instruction that is intensive, balanced, and individualized. All grade levels consist of three units, each built around a specific NCTM Focal Point.
My Sidewalks on Reading Street
My Sidewalks on Scott Foresman Reading Street is an intensive reading intervention program that accelerates the reading development of struggling students. It aligns instruction perfectly with Scott Foresman Reading Street, but can be used with any core classroom reading program. My Sidewalks accelerates reading through: 30 weeks of reading intervention, 30-45 minutes every day; emphasis on deep meaning of vocabulary and concepts; and highly specified instruction so you teach less, more thoroughly.
Opening the World of Learning (OWL) is a comprehensive, integrated Pre-Kindergarten curriculum providing instruction equitable in English and Spanish with an intense focus on oral language development. Monitor your students' progress with success predictors in literacy, math, and vocabulary while making every minute count through efficient, targeted instruction. Eight thematic units include whiteboard-ready interactive digital components, authentic literature, and manipulatives for developmentally appropriate instruction.
QReads improves fluency for middle and high school students. Using a proven instructional model to teach oral reading fluency, students follow a brief, highly structured routine through a series of increasingly difficult text passages. Exercises accompanying each daily passage help check and build comprehension along with fluency. QReads builds confidence and is a great remedial solution for striving students.
QuickReads is a research-based and classroom validated program that systematically increases fluency, builds vocabulary and background knowledge, and improves comprehension in only 15 minutes per day. The instructional routine includes modeling, fluency and repeated oral readings for grades 2-6.
Words Their Way
Words Their Way: Word Study in Action is a powerful and essential approach to word study. Essential for balanced language arts instruction, this program develops words knowledge in phonics, spelling, word recognition, and vocabulary. All the materials needed to implement word study are provided in a ready-to-use format, including picture/word cards, sorting grids, and game boards. This student-centered, assessment-driven program is also available in our new Developmental Model, reorganized by spelling stagings, offering additional sorts at all levels and a comprehensive Teacher's Guide including sorts at every stage.
